Take three progressive programs, the first to become qualified in therapeutic modalities, the second to become a certified Yoga Therapeutic teacher or a Certified Yoga Therapist

Program One

Foundations of Yoga Therapy

Take monthly modules in Adaptive/Chair yoga, Ayurvedic Studies, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, Myofascial Release techniques, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-informed, Philosophy and Advanced Anatomy. See our program option here.

Program Two

Advanced Yoga Therapy

The practical application of the Foundations modalities as well as chronic pain, mental and physical pathologies, how to make a physical assessment, pelvic floor, somatic yoga and career guidance.

Program Three

Applied C-IAYT Yoga Therapist

Experiential learning one-on-one as well as an 8 week long term project on your choice of pathology. This program includes practical mentorship sessions and a publishable research paper and exam preparation and help with career placement.
