Gain hands-on experience in yoga therapy through one-on-one sessions and an 8-week client project, while receiving mentorship and guidance to build a sustainable yoga therapy–informed practice. Develop essential skills and knowledge to confidently support clients’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
