Course Description

Our 25-hour Yoga Nidra teacher training offers an immersive exploration of the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation." Throughout the program, participants will delve into the foundational principles of Yoga Nidra, including its history, the five brainwave states, pranayama techniques, and yogic philosophy.


Participants will explore theory and engage in applied practice, experiencing firsthand the profound healing properties of Yoga Nidra. The course includes guided practice sessions and small group supported practice with feedback, enhancing teaching skills.
